What Niki Haley stated about China not dictating USA policy would have regurgitated by Kamala Harris had she been elected POTUS (my opinion). It is kind of funny because the USA has countless times been dictating policies in other countries, overthrowing governments and installing their favoured leaders, invaded countries and calling those (BS) intervention efforts, etc. Ms. Haley is just another asshole hoping and waiting to become the next anti-China and colonialistic POTUS. She is no different than Rubio, Hegseth or Trump.
More like we still have no idea what was discussed between them, therefore it is lack of information. However us = Americans allow themselves to be ignorant when it comes to international politics or events.

When I was working in the Pacific with 17 nations, China always asserted they had no problems "partnering" with the US in aid & exchanges with Pacific nations, as long as the general standard of living in the Pacific rose, thus helping everyone: "A rising tide carrying all boats". China has *never*, to my knowledge, sworn to dominate anywhere, any time. Working with ranking diplomats throughout the Pacific (& Australia), China has always sought to cooperate, never dictate.
