Jerry I read and watch everything you publish because it feels like an honest perspective about China, which is almost nonexistent in the US. The anti-China propaganda here is relentless and starts the day you're born. I talk to friends about it all the time and the things I hear are astounding. Ignorance + Arrogance. Certainty and conviction about topics that admittedly have never been studied. We have much work to do. Thank you for your efforts!
Oh and by the way, I'm planning my 2nd trip to China in 2027, probably to the south (Guanzhou, Shenzhen, HK). Let's grab a meal if you're around!
Good morning and thanks for the great message - we live in Zhongshan which is not far from both Guangzhou and Shenzhen, but on the Macau side of the river, there are bridges now from HK, Macau and also Shenzhen so those places are nearer than Guangzhou is now,and definitely faster by road, from GZ there is a train line but there isn't HK or Shenzhen yet. Nearer the time, we can talk about how and where but meeting up is definitly ok
