It is pretty strange for all the western countries including us to keep calling everything they do a war on this or that! Like a war on homeless, a war on obesity, a war on insurance etc.
And then on the flip side, China call what they had done or are doing a challenge or an opportunity to improve. They don’t see what they are doing as a war or fight. And when you do see the results you do become amazed.
A country with more people than us, it is amazing to see they are able to get their people out of homelessness. Have anyone check out each states in us, there is homelessness and needy people. I thought us was the richest country, why the homeless, many poor people and sick from diseases? You could include the European countries too.
Yes, it's ok in English to use these kinds of words but not necessary in China, they have many different names for each of the challenges they are working on or have overcome.
The US is sadly a sick country, not a rich country, it has a few thousand rich people in it, everyone else lives in credit
I love this, Jerry. (And documentaries about the Great Depression show that the us economy only functions when it is exporting weapons.) Please can you point me at articles/videos you have (undoubtedly) done ab9out Tiananmen Square and Uyghur persecutions because whatever I say to friends, they always say "ah, but what about....." and I would really appreciate your clear factual answers, especially including confirmation links from western organizations, which are harder to rebut. Thank you 😊
Yep... and you have USA Presidents and Vice Presidents who sincerely believe that they should be the recipients of the coveted Nobel Peace Prize. It would appear that American politicians simily do not have or are incapable of comprehending what "peace" is or means.
Excellent post, Jerry!

That is absolutely true! And too many people are propagandized to the point of ignorance.
Those that aren’t living on credit are out living on the street going to the soup kitchens for food.

Thanks Sue, did you see the article I did just a day or two before this one - I think it might have already answered your question: https://jerrygrey2002.substack.com/p/thank-god-i-dont-live-in-china?r=6yfr
